Our realizations are covered by a standard guarantee arising from a contract, or – in the case of Premium class projects – a guarantee extended as preferred at the request of the customer. Warranty repairs occur extremely rarely, a result of the class of component which we apply, but in the event that any problem does appear we respond immediately, taking the image of our partners into account.
Our above-standard approach to our work manifests itself in the event of failures occurring long after the warranty period. Each of our realizations is carefully documented and we store an account of the technologies, materials and sub-assemblies used in our archive. This allows for the rapid identification of the causes of a problem and initial preparation of a team of employees for the conduct of a rapid repair.
