I. General Provisions
The privacy policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for providing services electronically through the website https://brandgood.com/ (hereinafter: the Service) is collected, processed, and stored.
The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of services offered therein.
Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Personal Data Collection
Personal data is used for the purpose of:
execution of the agreement regarding services and e-services,
communication with the User (contact form)
sending newsletters (after obtaining the User's consent to receive it),
providing social services,
promotion of the Administrator's offer,
marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
personalization of the Service for Users,
analytical and statistical activities,
establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against them.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.
IV. Type of Personal Data Processed
The Administrator may process the User's personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, e-mail address, phone number, NIP (tax identification number).
V. Period of Personal Data Processing
Users' personal data will be processed for the period:
when the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract - until the expiration of claims after its execution,
when the basis for data processing is consent - until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal of consent until the expiration of claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activities - 3 years (unless a specific provision states otherwise).
VI. Sharing Personal Data
Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities associated with the Administrator, his subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g., companies handling e-payments, courier/postal services, law firms.
Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. Users' Rights
The Service User has the right to: access the content of their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
A notification of the User exercising a right resulting from the mentioned rights should be sent to biuro@brandgood.com.
The Administrator fulfills or refuses to fulfill the request immediately - within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
The Service collects information using session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
The collection of cookies supports the proper provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
The User can determine the scope of cookies access to their device in the browser settings.
IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Users' data cannot be processed in an automated manner so that any decisions could be made against them as a result.
Users' data may be profiled to adapt content and personalize offers after they express consent.
X. Final Provisions
The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the rights of Users will not be restricted.
Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available in the Service.
In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
